Voyage information and requests

Routes, nights, fares and program descriptions may be adjusted for operational, safety, regulatory or availability reasons. Sending a request does not confirm a booking. A voyage is confirmed only after availability, fare, stateroom and applicable conditions are provided and accepted through the voyage team.

Fares and onboard charges

Published fares are starting amounts per guest and are subject to stateroom selection and availability. Selected dining, drinks and services can carry additional charges. Gambling transactions, chips, wagers and casino balances are never included in the ticket price.

Eligibility and identification

The voyages and casino are intended for adult guests. Casino access and gambling activities are restricted to guests aged 18 or over. Valid identification may be required. Guests must follow posted rules, table limits, staff directions and applicable maritime regulations.

Casino operation

Casino hours depend on the ship’s position and applicable maritime regulations. Poker, blackjack, European roulette, baccarat and slot machines may be offered, but game availability varies by vessel and voyage. Individual games may be unavailable.

Guest responsibilities

Guests should provide accurate request information, disclose dietary requirements and allergies in advance, and follow safety and conduct instructions. Gambling should remain planned paid entertainment: set time and spending limits, take breaks and never chase losses.

Collection identifiers

Quay numbers 21, 34, 47, 58, 63 and 79 are internal voyage identifiers within the Port Cruise Royal collection. They are not real boarding locations.
